As today was a relatively special occasion (it was kind of a big deal), we decided to head back to the very place where we said our “I do’s”… Spicers Clovelly Estate. We booked a table for two to celebrate at their beautiful restaurant, The Long Apron, and it surely did not disappoint!
THE MENU CHOICES
Butter chicken & crispy skin, Kingaroy peanuts, puffed rice, lemon puree, wild bee honey
Steamed reef fish, grilled greens, squid & dill, burnt lemon cream
Moreton bay bug, jamon Iberico, peach, almond & cider cream
Part of a whole confit suckling pig, whey onions, cheese broth & roasted kale oil
We cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff, alongside the absolutely mouth-watering meals. They were all displayed like fine artworks presented on porcelain plates, each bite made you want more. Fine dining at it’s best, by candlelight. It really was such a gorgeous place to relax and reminisce on the past year. We will definitely be going back soon, and recommending it to all our friends and family…
