Frills and florals are two of my favorite things, I swear I say this in nearly every post! And this pretty dress encompasses both… Not to mention it is an extremely light-weigh fabric (perfect for summer) and breathes easily. It’s short in length, and wraps around your waist so you can adjust it to fit you the way you like it to. But the thing I fell in love with about this dress was the flirty frilled sleeves and the color!
Only thing to be mindful of, is it is a fairly tight fit. I ordered a size Medium (which I would normally), but would’ve ordered a Large had a known, for comforts sake. So be sure to size up if you are concerned about the fit.
Normally I would steer clear of orange and yellows, but when pulled together on this dress with the florals, I felt it was the perfect way to introduce it to my wardrobe. Plus, when Romwe reached out and wanted to collaborate, I had already had my eye on this little beauty.
Also, these slip-on flats have quickly become my go-to summer shoe. Plus, being a mama, I need to be able to slide on a pair of shoes with ease, rather than lacing up or buckling any shoes (baby knows when mama needs to get something done, and decides that’s the time to being uncooperative – haha)! The thing I love about these slides, is the fact that a) they are nude in color (and also come in black, which I also have), and b) once they’ve been worn in, they are SUPER comfortable and literally go with everything! So if you haven’t used JustFab before, I can vouch for their quality and cuteness… don’t worry this is an honest review (as always) and I am not being paid by JustFab to say that. They really are the greatest… I have multiple pairs of shoes from their site and LOVE every single pair!
Rose gold has quickly become my favorite metallic hue… I love how it adds an element of richness to any outfit and really complements my skin tone, more so than silver or standard gold. I’m so happy to find so much on offer in this color range these days, it certainly has been the highlight to any jewellery trend I’ve seen in a while!
Probably one of my favorite pieces to date, would have to be the mother’s day gift I received from my wonderful hubby (and daughter)… this gorgeous rose gold personalised necklace with all of Everley’s birth information on it. I almost cried when I received it as it was so personal and such a beautiful gift to remember all the special details about her birth. Plus, you can’t really go wrong with anything rose gold in my opinion, so I happily welcomed it into my jewellery collection.
I really did fall in love with this look when I put it all together. Every item spoke to me individually and when paired together completed the look and turned out even nicer than I’d imagined.
Now that I’ve been hit with the rose gold bug, I’m thinking of incorporating it into our home decor plan when we move! Thoughts?? I’d love to hear them…
